DIVORCE PACKAGE
R 12 000
When you are in agreement about the division of your movable assets (furniture, pension fund, retirement annuities, vehicles, etc) and your immovable property such as your house or secondary houses / flats:
- I will incorporate your wishes into a legal document, a consent paper, which, once signed, will be made an order of court;
- I will draft the summons,
- Enrol the matter and obtain a court date for the divorce.
- Finalise the divorce and obtain the divorce order.
Note: there are no children involved in this package
DIVORCE PACKAGE

The same scenario as with package 1 but here there are minor children involved in the divorce which requires that care and contact, maintenance for the children and the appointment of a parental coordinator must be included in a separate parenting plan. Package 2 therefore includes, in addition to package 1, the following:
- A section in the consent paper dealing with children’s maintenance such as their educational and medical costs and day – to – day expenses.
- A comprehensive parenting plan regulating contact, sleepover, special days and holiday contact.
- Endorsement of the parenting plan by the Family Advocate.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE
R 20 000
The same scenario as with package 1 but here there are minor children involved in the divorce which requires that care and contact, maintenance for the children and the appointment of a parental coordinator must be included in a separate parenting plan. Package 2 therefore includes, in addition to package 1, the following:
